I emailed Johnny and asked a few questions about the maximun pounds of pull I would like to feel on my combination of a Timmney trigger bar and Johnny's Vex trigger shoe in my glock. He quoted the standard connector to achieve an 3.5lb trigger pull weight.

I used a gen 4 trigger bar and apex shoe. Months later I added an edge connector with a NY spring. I wanted to eliminate the (minimal) wall but not where it broke or the pull weight.
